  • Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched every Thursday.

  • Delivery Locations: We offer delivery throughout the UK.

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery Charges: A flat rate of £4.99 applies for delivery.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. We always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered promptly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Heavenly Bakes, we take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure they are carefully packaged and dispatched to you with the utmost care. As all of our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we do not accept returns.

However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving the delivery. We will be happy to assist you and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. Please include any relevant photos of the damaged goods and packaging when reaching out to us, so we can address the issue promptly.
