Terms and Conditions

Cake Responsibility:

Upon collection or delivery of your cake/cupcakes, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper storage and presentation of the order. Please adhere to the instructions provided to maintain the quality of your purchase.

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if notice is given more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date. For cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date, a 50% refund will be provided. This policy is in place to cover any expenses incurred for items purchased specifically for your order.

Allergens & Intolerances:

If you have any allergies or intolerances, please notify us in the “order” section when placing your order. This allows us to review your requirements and provide appropriate recommendations for your order. It is important to note that all products are prepared in a kitchen where NUTS, DAIRY, EGGS, GLUTEN, SOYA, and PEANUTS are handled. As a result, all products may contain traces of these allergens due to cross-contamination.

Collection Time:

Customers are advised to arrive promptly on the scheduled date of their order collection. We cannot guarantee the availability of your order if you are late for collection.

Order Date vs Celebration Date:

If you plan to celebrate or consume your cake on a date different from the ordering date, please indicate this in the notes section when placing your order. Cakes are best consumed within the first 4 days of collection, while cupcakes are best consumed within two days.
